Simplify is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or session that takes place between users. We do not supervise sessions, verify academic outcomes, guarantee the accuracy or quality of any information exchanged, or endorse any individual tutor's methods, opinions, qualifications, or conduct.

While we take reasonable steps to review tutor profiles and respond to reports of misconduct, Simplify is not responsible for the actions, communications, or content of individual users, or for any loss, damage, or harm arising from a session, interaction, or arrangement made through the platform.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgement when choosing to interact with, or book a session with, another user. If you experience an issue with another user or a session, please report it through the platform's support channel so we can review and act on it.
