We use your information to operate the platform, connect students with tutors, enable session booking and messaging, verify identities, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data is stored on secure managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need it to operate the service. We follow industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Other users on the platform can see the parts of your profile you choose to make visible (name, role, subjects, languages, grade, availability). We may share limited data with essential service providers (for example, our hosting and database provider) strictly to operate Simplify, and only where required by law.
